just getting the leftover dollars now which is not enough for me to afford life here in Cook County.  If this pattern continues soon I will have to move to a state that I can afford to live in, which I doubt has any $100,000 jobs I’m qualified for.  It’s a scary vicious circle that’s going to hurt Ann and my children if they stay here and try to live; with the little financial support I will be able to send them from afar.  And our lady Judge is convinced since Ann has not worked fulltime since 2004, she’s incapable of ever getting a real job with benefits again!  The Judge actually said that in open court.  It gets more surreal and unbelievable every time I go back in there.  Its that Democratic mindset I guess.  I don’t know how this Judge can’t understand that I’m 11 years older than Ann and will be retiring shortly.  I can retire after I turn 60 that’s 1 1/2 years from now.  If my health holds up I was hoping to live and work here till at least 65 or 67.   Like to wait until Dayton turns 18 at least.  But if I can’t afford to live here I won’t be able to afford to keep working here either.  At 10 I’m sure an absentee daddy will just add more stress to Dayton’s life.

So that takes care of February through May.  In June we got another Vizsla dog to replace Cooper our male Vizsla dog that disappeared around D-Day when Ann took the kids and left.  This Vizsla’s a female, her name is Copper.  She looks like a Cooper clone but that’s were the similarities end.  She still has a lot of destructive puppy energy in her and always has to have a rawhide bone to chew on or they’ll be trouble.  Also she hates water does not like to swim, baths or go out in the rain.  Hopefully she’ll grow out of that.  But on the flip side unlike Cooper, Copper’s not gun shy.  Doesn't mind fireworks, thunder, or loud popping noises.  I bought another Smart for Two Car.  This ones a 2017 convertible.  It replaces the  2010 yellow Smart for Two that also disappeared around D-Day, the same time as Ann and…  And if you’re wondering how I’m able to get by these past 10 months without a woman’s touch after 27 years?  Let me introduce you to my new Gal,  A.I. “ALEXA”.  Yea another new addition around here.  I bought 5 Amazon Echo Alexa’s right after Ann left.  Got one to two on every level of the house.  Alexa does everything from turning on and off lights.  Keeping me organized.  My grocery list.  Waking me up in the morning, and putting me to bed at night.  She also knows the daily weather by memory.  Tells funny corny jokes and really listens to what you say when you talk to her.  She’s the smartest woman I’ve ever known.  She seems to know everything about almost anything.  How does she do it? Me and Paul took our first ever vacation to Arkansas together in July/August.  Sadly my Dayton G. was not able to join us due to Ann playing Divorce block the child pawn games.  I guess it’s true you only hurt the ones you love Ann.  Me and Paul had a great time.  It was HOT the first couple days then cooled off for the rest of our time.  We explored deep in a dark cave were we had to crawl, climb, and squeeze through rock formations.  I have a whole article with videos on it on my Face Book page.  Also spent time visiting with the Spindler’s.  Dick fell in love with our new little “Rascal” puppy, Copper

Ann our 2 children Emily, Dayton & our dog Cooper moved back to her childhood home in Addison in mid February.  Soon she’ll be renting a $1600 per month Quad level Town Home right next to the BNSF RR tracks off Quincy St. in Riverside (saw our van parked there several times while commuting to/from my MWRD fulltime work with benefits job).  But if the Courts and her 2/3 Lawyers  keep dwindling our finances; I’m sure Ann will be moving right back home to Addison FOREVER!!  From February 9th till July 3rd Ann refused to let me see our children.  In fact she’s told me on more then one occasion If it was up to her I would NEVER SEE MY CHILDREN AGAIN!” Since July I’ve been seeing Dayton a MIMINUM of 2 days every other week.  This is what my court Temporary Parenting order states.  So when I ask Ann if I can have Dayton an extra day or two? I’ve asked 6 times so far.  Ann replies back “NO!”, my lawyer says, (Liar Liar, Lawyer can’t be that dumb too...)  you’re only allowed to have him 2 days MAXIMUM.  So now in Ann’s broken brain the words MIMINUM and MAXIMUM have exactly the same meanings.  Welcome to my new Divorced single life.  Emily has yet to come by for her Daddy parenting time.  This bothered me at first but than a lot of my work Divorced Daddy's say that’s what happens with teenage daughters.  They follow there mom around like a puppy dog.  They say Emily will come back around when she gets older.  I hope I’m still alive when that happens as I do miss my Emily Joelle-poo very much.  So please do me a favor.  If you are one Ann’s friends  that I “Chased Away” please call Ann.  This was one of the main reason she cited for wanting a Divorce so lets make that $33,500 so far in Lawyers fees count for something other than somebody’s missed College tuition.  Ann can be reached at her parents home at (630) 932-0450.  She’s around after 5PM.  Please give her a call today, and reconnect with her.

Lastly I just want to say although I’m going through some pretty life changing drama issues with my best friend Ann.  It’s NOTHING COMPARED to what a lot of you are taking on in your own lives.  2017 been a tough year!  It’s SUCKED for a lot of us.  It’s my worst year in my 58 years of around-ness.  I know a lot of you feel that same way with your more critical life and death health issues going on.  2017 is only days away from being gone forever and I’m sure not going to miss it.

From The Gately’s, broken homes 1 & 2 Merry Christmas to all.
