October:  Talked to and even saw Emily a few times this month.  Went out for a couple day visit on the 18th,  to  Knox College Parents weekend.  Never been to Galesburg, IL. before so was looking forward to the trip.  Have a radio friend that retired out that way too, and Hamilton, IL where Geode central Railroad Creek is located at, is only an hour+ away.   Spent the weekend with Emily showing me around her campus, and had time Friday morning to make a side trip to get a few buckets of Geode rocks.  Saw Dayton for my ODD Halloween daddy visitation schedule.  It was pretty crappy cold out so we did the minimal amount of Trick or Treating, I stayed in the warm car.

November.  Saw Dayton once on the 14th for ~5 hours, and again at his Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast.  Just Emily and BF Scott came by for Thanksgiving dinner.  No more Dayton’s until around Christmas time I guess?   I wish Xs. Ann would stick to some semblance of a visitation schedule.  This on-a-whim thing can not be very healthy for Dayton.
